Terms of Order, Use and Sale

1. General

These are the terms of order, use and sale of Sukelluskoulu Rausku (3603908-9), which apply to all products and services purchased from Sukelluskoulu Rausku. Sukelluskoulu Rausku offers various scuba diving courses and try dives, events, and diving-related products.

For any questions, you can contact info@sukelluskoulurausku.fi.

2. Purchases, Orders, Payment and Delivery

You can purchase our services or products by filling out the form on our website, by email, by phone, or via various messaging applications.

Once we have received the completed form or agreed on the order, we will issue and send an invoice. The payment term is 7 days. Please note that we begin delivery immediately upon receiving the form/order, meaning the order becomes binding once the form is submitted or the order is agreed upon. Inquiry messages about services are not considered orders.

If you make purchases by other means, such as by phone or messaging applications, the order becomes binding once agreed upon, after which we will begin delivery.

We will deliver any digital products as soon as possible after the order. The delivery time is 0–14 days. The schedule for training sessions will be agreed upon together. For any other products, delivery time will be agreed separately. For equipment rentals, the delivery date is the rental date.

Sukelluskoulu Rausku rental terms also apply to equipment rentals.

3. Right of Cancellation

The right of cancellation is determined in accordance with Chapter 6, Section 16 of the Finnish Consumer Protection Act.

For digital products, there is no right of cancellation once delivery has begun.

Diving courses, try dives, rentals, events, etc. are leisure services for which there is no right of cancellation if the service has been agreed to take place at a specific time.

Physical products (e.g. t-shirts, wings, etc.) are customized for the customer and therefore do not have a right of return after the order.

If you cancel any of the agreed diving sessions during a course, a cancellation fee of €30 per session will be charged.

On our website and in connection with courses, there is a link to a medical questionnaire, the approved completion of which is a prerequisite for participation. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the medical questionnaire before placing an order, as we begin delivery once the order is received.

4. Requirements and Terms Related to Diving

Before diving, the customer must complete a medical questionnaire and liability waiver forms. Minors require the consent of a guardian. Participants other than try dives and the PADI OWD course must have valid diving insurance (we recommend DAN Europe insurance). Insurance coverage is included in try dives and the OWD course. We reserve the right to verify the existence of insurance before diving activities.

The customer acknowledges that diving involves risks.

We are responsible for our operations in accordance with applicable legislation. We are not responsible for incorrectly completed medical information, failure to disclose health conditions, or actions contrary to our instructions. Force majeure situations are also excluded from liability.

The customer is responsible for compensating for equipment if it is lost or damaged during use.

5. Validity

These terms are valid from 19 March 2026 until further notice. We reserve the right to update these terms.
